Billed $938.00 for a crown. My insurance company paid 733.50 and the doctor's office billed me an additional $469.00 on my second visit when services were not complete. They over billed me $264.50 and refused to credit back my charge card for difference. It is outrageous to pay $1,210.00 for a crown. If I would have known this was going to happen, I clearly would have went to an honest dentist. BEWARE of this office.
