I left a very good doctor I saw for years to go to Dr. Falwell. Dr. Falwell has a very comforting bedside manner and is easy to talk to. He always discusses options with me rather than just tell me what he is going to do. His office staff and nurse are extremely friendly and welcoming. My previous dr was intimidating (unintentionally), his staff were never very friendly and the long waiting time once in an exam room was stressful. They even called me at home and insisted I pay $5 that was showing due on my account I was unaware of. People should feel comfortable with their doctor.
