Today I visited Dr. Nancy Faigin for the first and last time. I've seen tons of doctors in my life, but this was by far my worst experience. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. Even worse than her horrible bedside manner was her lack of knowledge. Rather than research my areas of concern she just issued out bogus answers in an effort to move on to the next patient. I did not feel valued as a patient...I didn't even feel valued as a human being during this visit. When looking at reviews it seems that this is a common occurrence and that people only have a pleasant experience when visiting the other Dr. Faigin.
