The staff at South Valley ENT is the worst. They sent bills to an incorrect address and after receiving no payment due to their mistake, turned the account to collections. They still would never admit that it was due to their failure for mailing billing statements to the incorrect address saying it was the post office fault. The office manager has zero integrity.
