I moved to the area already diagnosed with PV but it wasn’t under control. I was hoping Dr Vaugh was up to speed and knowledgeable about my disease. I saw him in March and am not scheduled to see him again until August! Instead I am passed off to a PA or NP. I have been into the facility 4-5 times now and am worse than when I started. I have asked to see the doctor to discuss my ongoing symptoms and problems but to no avail. I called for the first time today to speak with the on call doctor because I am very ill. Never returned my call. Called again and a nurse called and decided that my symptoms were probably a BLADDER infection or something else. Where she came up with that ridiculous diagnosis I have NO idea. My fever, coughing, chest pressure/pain, headache, flushed face....I doubt would cause anyone else to think, BLADDER INFECTION. It was obvious I was not a concern to her or the doctor on call (Whitehurst)
Never recommending this practice or returning again.
