I had cervical injections, epidurals and radiofrequency ablations(2) with Dr.Evans- spent one full year of treatment and personally paid over$10000.00 in that year. His ablation left me hurting more not less and when I explained I needed to save money for next round of treatments- I was told I needed to find another provider?!?!? He does not care about your pain - never prescribed any meds- all he sees is what he can do TO YOU to get money- would never go back. Patient beware- he talks big but does not deliver. Staff is very arrogant.
