Dr. McQuinn herself is incredible. She lsitened to me in a way other doctors haven't, explained my condition, and helped me find the right path. Her staff on the other hand is a nightmare. They didn't check me in at an appointment so I waited for a half hour while Dr. McQuinn sat in her office waiting. They waited five months to begin working on getting a prescription for me despite me telling them in person twice to do it and leaving at least one voicemail each week (it's not possible to reach them on the phone). They lost my insurance info for a while and now claim I cannot see them any longer because they claim they've never been contracted with my insurance, which is untrue because nothing has changed and my insurance literally has been covering all my appointments and prescriptions? I wish I could continue seeing Dr. McQuinn because she truly is the best neurologist I've ever had. She should be ashamed of her staff.

Dr. McQuinn is always thorough her diagnosis skills are excellent. She saw me on time, and she is always available for questions.
