Dr. Fjeran and his staff are always smiley and polite. Everyone you meet has a smile. They want to treat you like family. I have been a patient since I was 4 and I can't imagine going anywhere else! If you are getting treatment, Dr. Fjeran gives you his opinion, a couple options (if there are any), and then asks what is comfortable with the patient. I like that!
