There is only one staff member who is rude & disorganized. If she is on the phone, calls go to the answering service & I the messages never seem to get passed on. I was experiencing side effects after starting on a new prescription & he hasn't called me back in over 2 weeks even after many repeat calls! My husband even tried going to the office & demanding to wait to speak with the doctor because of our concerns. I have spoken with my pharmacist & will discontiue the medication. I am having difficulty getting an appointment with another doctor covered by my insurance, but plan to cancel my next appointment with this doctor.
