She is caring, knowledgeable and has patience. She incredibly thorough and never rushed you. She is the best primary care physician I have ever had.

Dr. Monserrate is outstanding. She is professionally and personally top notch. She is very knowledgeable , understanding and willing to listen. She is very proactive for her patients. Dr. Monserrate does well with all age groups. I am in my 50's and extremely satisfied and so are my daughters who are in their 20's. We all consider ourselves lucky to have Dr. Nicole Monserrate as our doctor.

I was a very ill new patient and Dr. Monserrate took great of me...24/7...she listens, reviews all treatment options, appropriately refers to other specialists and if it wasn't for her compassionate care I wouldn't be creating this comment....I would probably have died by now....she is A++++ in my medical book...oh, I am also a RN :D

Dr. Monserrate is a doctor who takes the time to listen to her patients and she tell you want you need to hear, not want you want to hear. If she do not have the answer she will research and call you back in to tell you want it is you need to know. She can persisent if you are not taking your medications like you are suppose to (which in my case I was not at one point in time). She has a caring heart for her patients, your rarely can find doctors who show interest in their patients care like you do with her.

Dr. Monserrate has an exceptional personality for a physician. She is instantly likeable, remembers things about the patient, does not appear to be under any time constraints in your appointment (although I'm sure she is). I found talking to her like talking to a friend, but a very knowledgeable, sensible one. I would recommend her to anyone.

Dr Montserrate is by far one of the best doctors in the country. When other doctors failed us with finding or treating an extremely rare condition, she has not and keeps on trying different options and researches on her own time. She is also very cautious with medications and looks out for your best interest in mind. She has found a multitude of problems even a top rated doctor in Philadelphia (we had to travel to) missed. She has excellent bedside manners and always takes time to listen. She will be honest with you. This is worth more than gold, we are so blessed to have found her. A true test of a doctor is when you have some kind of rare condition that most doctors never heard of, or a condition that is very difficult to treat. The medical condition we have in the family is both very rare (most doctors never heard of), and difficult to treat (no cure).
