Dr. Garver is great. He is frank and forthright and knows what he's doing. He has taken good care of my mother---her COPD symptoms have never been better.

This doctor doesn't seem to care about his patients. All he say's when my wife and I asked questions is "I don't know". We tried to ask basic questions about a serious medical condition and he abruptly left the examination room as if he was irritated or too busy to be bothered by us. He never even tried to answer our questions, or even talk to us about a plan. It's like he wisked us out the door because my husband is dying and is on Medicaid. I'm sorry that people can treat other people so humanely.
