Biography

Dr. Oskin serves as the Section Chief of Vascular Surgery for St. Luke's University Health Network. He specializes in endovascular surgery and has a special interest in the minimally invasive treatment of vascular disease. Board certified in general and vascular surgery by the American Board of Surgery Certified as a registered vascular technologist by the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonographers Special interest and training in the open and endovascular treatment of complex aortic and renal arterial occlusive disease; the treatment of cerebrovascular occlusive disease with carotid stenting and surgical endarterectomy; the endovascular treatment of thoracic aortic disease; and the endovascular treatment of lower extremity arterial occlusive disease
