Everyone was very Professional . The Doctor was very caring and knowledgeable. I’m fortunate to have him as my Doctor.

Very unprofessonal , and uorganized. They're not friendly at all. Dr.Sylvest don't take no time with patient before you can ask quetions he's gone.He never examined my back the only thing i've gotten was an xray on my 1st visit , and now oon my 3rd visit he's acting he don't much of nothing. I have not been explained nothing. He very rude ,and quick. How can you say nothing is really wrong when i'm in pain, and he hasn't even examine me. THAT'S NOT GOOD AT ALL. I'm very unsatifed with BR. Ortho as a whole. And they always short handed running around like chickens with there heads cut off. I'M FRUSTRATED.

His office staff is very unprofessional and they do not care how they treat you I had an appt today at 245 pm and they took everybody rose but me then when I asked what has the hold up they gonna tell me that they looked for me when they know they didn't...I was sitting in the office lobby the whole time then they had the nerve to take a lady who didn't have no appt come before me ...they are rude no help when handling a professional setting in the office and I won't be back and I'm reporting to the better business bureau

I have tendonitis in my shoulder. He us the ONLY dr. Out of several that I have been to, that really has helped me with this pain. Him and his staff was so very nice to me. And also took their time to answer all my questions and went into further detail so I could understand him. Thank yall so much

Dr. Sylvest is nice but some of his staff is NOT! His office manager is unprofessional and was no help at all. He’s not good enough to put up with the way some of his staff treats you that’s for sure. We won’t be back and I would never recommend this office!

So far I’ve seen this doctor twice after being undiagnosed for fractures, he took X-rays and found my complaint of 13 months! Multiple fractures that was undiagnosed after multiple X-rays. Being treated for plantar fasciitis by others because my previous exams found no fractures. Apparently on Dr R. Sylvest knows what to look for. My foot needs reconstruction.
I’ve read previous reviews. He bedside manners may not suit some but I like him. I don’t find him RUDE.
He has a strong personality not meant for the weak 😂

I thought Dr. Sylvest was very pleasant. He took the time to explain and show what my condition was. My former orthopedist was a nice enough fella, but he was always in a hurry. Not so with Dr. Sylvest.

My experience with Dr. Sylvest was HORRIBLE!!!! He was very LOUD, RUDE, INSENSITIVE and UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!
I would NEVER recommend him to ANYONE!!! Even if he were the last person on this earth to treat you, you'd be better off driving to another Country/Continent and letting a kid pretend to be a Dr. than be subject to his RUDENESS!! I would give him a ZERO ⭐ rating if I could! I know that everyone's entitled to their OWN OPINION and this is mine.

Dr Ronald Sylvester is a horrible doctor. I told him I had been to lake after hours and recieved pain meds so he asked me had I gotten them filled I told him yes. He asked did I have the meds with me I replied yes. He told me to give him my meds ain which he placed in his pockets and told me he would give me something good in which he wrote a script for lortabs in which I could not take I told him to write me a prescription for ibuprofen. I never went back and shall not return.
