Me and all 4 of my children have been going there for years! We have never had an issue. We are seen on time, we always have a flawless experience. My oldest has been wearing contacts for the last few years and even that went well.

For 52 years Dr, Morse has allowed me, a severely near sighted person 20/20 vision.
He is one of a small group of optometrists in the COUNTRY able to make rigid gas permeable lenses, which are proven to provide best vision than any other lens or glasses..

Dr Michels is not a good Dr. He triple books appts every 15 minutes, which is why you wait in the hall so long. His first wife said that it makes him seem important & that people will wait to see a good Dr. I was in the Narberth office. Forgot to look for the rating for that location. He charges people based on the car they drive up in, even if they had the same services. This is a fact. Who knows how he is billing insurance companies? One of the most incompetent eye Dr's on the planet. If you can see where you are going, drive past both of his locations & far away from this practice. It should tell you a little something that every rating here is bad. And, he is not a member of the Better Business Bureau. I would give minus stars if they were a choice!

This is by far the worst experience I've ever had with a doctor. I went because he accepted my insurance-big mistake!! What everyone said in the previous reviews is correct. No one seems to now what they're doing, it took 3 visits for them to figure out which contacts worked best for me (and they wanted me to come back in for a 4th visit but I cancelled that one). I've had glasses/contacts for 15 yrs and I've NEVER had to make more than 1 apt. $1,100 for 3 visits-& that doesn't include either contacts or glasses. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this practice, find a reputable dr. who knows what he's doing.

STAY AWAY !!! Both the doctor and the staff are extremely rude and unprofessional. Very weird people!! Dirty and dated office. On top of all that, it's been 3 weeks and my glasses are not here yet. They can't even tell me what's going on!!

This place extremely unprofessional. The doctor is a quack, and, like many in private practice, seems mostly concerned with farming patrons for every dollar he can squeeze out of their insurance. The office staff, many of whom appear hardly 25 years old, are rude and condescending -- like they are bothered to be at work. The young heavyset one with brown hair is the worst. If you go to this place, you can expect long wait times, and very poor customer service. If you are a returning customer, I would suggest having your eyes -- and your head -- examined somewhere else.

His office staff is rude. they fight amongst each other in front of patients. There are a bunch of machines lined up one after another no privacy. and you get put at these machines, the staff had no idea what these machines do for you, just how to work them.youo cant concentrate on whatyhour doing either because of everyone else in the building waiting to be seen. Now where you sit to see the doctor. Its a hall way If someone needs to get by to use the facilities, everyone had to stand up so that person can get by, thats how narrow it is. The doctor, I dont believe he had a clue what he is doing either, and had the nerve to try and diagnos me with a medical problem that I do not have. i told him what the issue really was, and he said that was an extra added bonus?I needed to get a letter from him to give to my other docotr saying my eyes were ok because of a certain medication Im on,... Im still waiting on that. I will never ever go back to that place.
