I am 30 years old. As a child I had dr. Jones as my ENT. He was an amazing Doctor and always took care of our problems. My father has been deaf since birth and this doctor was and has always been wonderful period

Dreadful experience. To have wax removed from her ears, my two-year-old was tightly confined inside a wrap, which make her frightened and frantic. When she struggled Jones kept making tsk-tsk sounds of disgust. In contrast, when I took her to a second ENT, my girl reclined backward on my lap, was not scared and didn't cry. I found Jones to be condescending and a poor listener. I kept saying that my child's breathing was congested, while he insisted it was all ear infection. She did have an ear infection, but she also had sinus congestion. Does he imagine that if you have one you can't have the other? I wanted him to explore sinusitis, but Jones would have none of it.
