Was told the office manager would call me first thing this morning. It is now 6:09 pm and no phone call. Very unprofessional!

Very disappointed. Had a 1:00 appt as follow up to hospitalization after a stroke. Had an appointment at Cooper Hospital and was told I would make it to 1:00 appt. Hopital was running behind and tried to call Dr. Klazmer to let him know I would be a little late. Was told to come over but when I arrived was told he wouldn't see me. Ask dr to call me so I could make sure he is aware of what happens in his office. Get a phone call letting me know that he doesn't talk to patients until after their first appt. I reminded them of my appt and that they wouldn't let me see him.

What a horrible experience. After waiting 6 weeks for an appointment in the morning I finally arrived at 8am since they told me to come at 815. I wanted to be early so I could do the paperwork. Turns out the appointment wasn't actually until 845 but they didn't tell me that. After completing the paperwork and waiting 45 minutes I was called back at 9am. I answered some questions from the nurse and waited until 945 when she came back to tell me he would be another 15 minutes. I couldn't take it anymore. Being seen at 10am for an 845 is not acceptable. The staff could care less. I never saw the doctor and walked out. No one even questioned me when I left. Just another number in a big practice

Maybe not the most personable guy, but very knowledgable and helpful spending much more time than most Drs. I have seen.

severe back pain with abnormal nerve conduction study. recommended vax d without ordering mri to check for damage, then didn't even read chart but cut pain meds in order to force liklihood of pushing this questionable procedure
