Most of time the nurses are great and helpful. Some of the staff act like they don't care for their jobs, very rude. My wife and I have seen Dr. French, we rate her bout a two, because you are a doctor, you think you know all and belittle the patient. The patient knows their body more than any one. When you tell her the problems you are having, she knows all about it. And not her first rodeo, she would say. Well blood test proved her wrong!! My wife has had 3 major operations on her neck and when my wife was telling her the problem she been having, Dr. French assumed my wife was there for pain meds. She told my wife children has that kind of promblems and gets along fine without meds. Well Dr. French, my wife is not a child and have 3 major operations on her neck and I have seen my wife neck swell as big as a tennis ball. She came for your help, not your opinion!!! Shame on you Dr. French. Bring back Dr. Hunt he was the best!! We are people not cattle, we do not to be pass from doc to d

I saw her 3 times total. She placed me on statin medicine, which at 2nd visit I complained of pain in arms and legs. Also at 3rd visit, extreme pain in legs. She did not physically exam arms or legs. Simply denied any correlation to the statin medicine. Prescribed an anti-inflammatory but no physical therapy, which I requested for the arm. I had previous tendon damage there. Also would not refer me to a rheumatologist for the leg pain, which I had requested. I found her uncaring and to be a hands-off doctor. Am currently seeing a new doctor.
