I actually utilized this doctor on MDlive. I was so sick to even take myself to the dr. I ask the dr. on MDlive to video chat with me so he could see how physically sick I was at the time. He refused to even video chat with me. He refused to prescribe me anything then hung up on me. I made several reports about the situation and every time MDlive stated they did nothing wrong.

Dr. Pottratz provided great care at Regional Hospital in Terre Haute. I will always go back there for my care when he is working.

He was the ER doctor when I brought my son in because he wouldn't put any weight on his leg. Dr Pottratz was very calm, reassuring and patient with my son. We don't find this everywhere we go as my son has multiple disabilities and is completely nonverbal. I felt very satisfied with this Dr's care and recommendation for my son. Thank you.
