Thoroughly and pointedly diagnosed and assisted me with my medical issues throughout the years. Interested and engaged. Staff is patient, friendly, genuine and provides knowledgeable and prompt back-up information forwarded from the doctor. Dr. Trevor and the doctors and staff at Marcotte Medical Center are gems. They have provided top-notch healthcare for the seniors in my family, also.

He does not realize that quality of life is more important than quantity of life He pushes surgery and treatment even though there is no hope of a cure. He does not return phone calls to the family when the family has questions, need help in getting care ect and does not return phone calls to the home health care nurse , when the nurse needs orders , so that the patient has the proper care and medication.he orders tests without talking to the patient and family.The office wait is hour or more. The office staff is rude , doesn't offer any help and gives their own personal opinion on the situation.
