My children have been going to this doctors before Doctor Walton took over the practice and every since the change the level of service has went down tremendously. We have never met Dr. Walton but have been seen by numerous of other doctors that were reluctant to introduce themselves. Every time I have had a sickness with one of my children and phone the doctor for a sick appointment, were told " that they rely the message to the doctor to see what the doctor wants to do", while the call always is returned at the end of the day with the recommendation to take my child to the urgent care or the nearest emergency room. There even was a time that I had to make a fuss about my child's health to been seen only to be told that there was nothing wrong with him but two days later we were in the hospital and my child had pneumonia and bronchitis infection at six months of age. It's like they have more patients than they can care for. It's feels like the clinic when you have an a appointment and you wait 45 mins before you see the doctor of the day, seriously what happen to the doctors' that care for their patients instead of treating them like another paycheck. What is the purpose of having a doctor when the only time they want to see you is when it's time for a physical and shots are due? The level of care in this doctor office has fallen below normal care of service and it really seems like this practice is more the money then the overall health of their patients.

At this office the staff is rude and disrespectful, and it is extremely hard to see the doctor, when you call so you can see the doctor they always try to make you see the nurse instead. The nurse will diagnose you and will give you wrong answers. When the nurse does give you wrong answers, and you try to say something she will go behind your back and call your insurance company and get any test that needs to be done on your child denied. At one time this office was great but over the last year, this office has went down hill and fast and can not see errors of their ways. When you do try to let the doctor(s) in this office know about their staff, they take their staffs side and say their behavior is fine. That it is the patient or patients parent with the problem and not the staff.
