Mr John Quack Morgan for epidermals for steroids injections. have done this in 3 different offices. I never got relief after 4 or 5 treatments i asked my insurance company for a new pain clinic. He never gave me local anesthesia before any of my treatments , which means whatever he injected me with was not the steroid in my records. I have been injected with several locals including lidocain and remember the burning feeling. When i first went his hawthrone office maybe 20 plus people waiting in the waiting room, most the problem was everyone had heavy odor or marijuana on them. Some were elderly other young and some brought their family members with them.
