Dr. Ezzo allowed his bias toward
one parent in a custody matter to control the outcome of his Report and recommendations. Dr. Ezzo failed to probe significant facts essential to a fair evaluation of the matter that included a failure to assess the motivation and psychological red flags of the instigating parent, though this was apparent to the trier of fact and family members and friends acquainted with the matter. Dr. Ezzo also failed to follow-up with numerous parties who would have so informed him . Thankfully Dr. Ezzo was not the ultimate trier of fact and justice prevailed in spite of his abhorrent bias.

This man destroyed the livelihood of three children and their father. I believe he was paid off by my ex to evaluate and report in her benefit. I would never recommend this so called dr. to anyone.

Dr. Ezzo has a tendency, in compiling Court ordered reports, to not sufficiently probe important factual matters when he should and placing undo weight on facts when he shouldn't. Though he can be blinded by them, his biases are sometimes apparent to all but himself.

Although professional, Dr. Ezzo is nevertheless human and can ignore important facts that are contrary to his biased tendencies.
