She was a nightmare for my daughter. She misdiagnosed her twice, then wanted her to drive to an ER that was 13 miles away after she almost bleed out after a pap smear. My daughter's iron level was below critical, but she sent her home and said she could return to work. Her abusive mishandling of my daughters case caused a critical delay of care of an aggressive cervical cancer.

I've been going to Dr. Lefholz for a few years, I think she is a great doctor and caring. I came her with abdominal pain and abnormal bleeding which she found to be from ovarian cysts. She also diagnosed me with a severe case of endometriosis after performing a laparoscopy. After the surgery she was caring and upfront about what this disease is, what it can cause, and the only treatment that can help but not cure... I was very upset about the diagnoses but shes helping me through it...

Dr. Lefholz is the most awesome doctor I have ever seen. My experience with her started when she delivered my first grandchild. I loved her dry sense of humor. If you are looking for a foo foo dr to stroke your ego...you need to keep looking. She is straight and to the point and totally honest. She delivered all three of my grandchildren. She has been my doctor for 11 years now. We have been thru my breast cancer diagnosis and treatment, plus she has perforrmed several surgeries including a hysterectomy. All my interactions with Dr. Lefholz have been great and positive. All the women in our family that live in Arlington are now her patients. Between all of us we have had three deliveries, multiple tubals, hysterectomies, and bladder lifts with no complaints...all successful recoveries. She has got to know all of us personally, but maintains the professional confidentiality while being extremely friendly and caring for each of us in our own way. We also love her nurses. I dont know what our family would do with out Dr Lefholz!!

I saw Dr. Lefholz today for a yearly check-up and found her to be very nice. She answered all my questions and took time to get to know me before she even began the exam. I will see her again next year. 😀

Rudest doctor ever. She seems to live a bitter life, therefor she takes it out on her patients. I refused a lot of her suggestions, like to get a birth control implant in my arm. I said I don't want anything else implanted in my body. She then examined my breasts and then commented on my breast implants, "So you rather get breast implants, but not a birth control implant in your arm. Then why not just tie your tubes?!" Super rude! My blood pressure skyrocketed. What I do to my body is my choice. I know my body and what my options are, and I choose what I feel is best. I would not recommend her to anyone, especially when this was my first encounter. Talk about cranky old cat lady. I don't care if she's highly educated, but she should have learned some manners.

Dr Leftholz is totally awesome. She was very gentle and polite. The staff has also been wonderful. I have had her for 6 years and wouldn't trade her for the world. She also did my surgery and still no complaints.

This doctor is extremely blunt and direct. Her beside manner is aggressive, cold and can come off as rude and discourtesy. Her surgical skill appears to be high level, that is the trade-off when dealing with her. Her nurse can be very frustrating to deal with, but this doctors backs her even if she is wrong. A doctor should be well rounded when dealing with women's health issues and this includes having a bit of compassion.

I went in to see this doctor as a new patient. I felt like she rushed me out of the office. The staff was AMAZING nice and friendly. But I waited 40 mintues and saw the doctor for under 10 mins. She answered little to none of my questions and seemed uncompassionate. I found this website and I'm currently looking for another doctor.

Dr. Leholz totally dismissed my concerns about an ovarian cyst I had. She basically told me the pain was in my bed and that I needed to suck it up and learn to live with it because there was nothing she could do to help. It turned out that I had a giant cyst that was contorting my ovary and causing intense pain. After I found an OB/GYN that actually listened to me, she went in to remove the cyst and confirmed that I had endometriosis...something I had been telling Dr. Lefholz I thought I had for years only to have my complaints fall on deaf ears. I had a second surgery a year ago to remove the endometriosis again. I finally decided to have a hysterectomy this year which was a really good decision given that one of my ovaries was adhered to my uterus and the other one was filled with endometriosis. Dr. Lefholz allowed me to live in pain for years rather than validate that I actually had issues that needed to be treated. I would never recommend her to anyone. She has no compassion.

I thought Dr. Lefholz was excellent. she took time to get to know me and i felt very comfortable with her. she seemed truly concerned about her patient.
