The front office staff was very helpful and helped me with our insurance reimbursement. Dr. Delsman is very professional, he made my entire family feel welcome and answered all questions thoroughly. My children go to this office and they absolutely love Dr. Delsman and his staff. After reading the last review, I would be interested to know how the reviewer knew how much time the doctor spent with another patient and how they would know if they were cash pay or had insurance coverage. If you don't want to be nice, please at least be honest!

His behavior towards his patients depends on what insurance you have. He will spend longer with cash paying than with medical patients. This doctor is very full of himself.
