I have had five surgeries performed by Dr. Reynolds. All successful. I will not go to any other doctor. I have severe osteoarthritis as do two of my siblings. Dr. Reynolds is thorough, short and to the point. Some think he does not care. Not the case, he is just in high demand and the office help guard him like watchdogs. Office help is pretty good except for his nurse practitioner. She does not listen to patients but gets them out of the office as fast as she can. Dr. Reynolds is now using a cane and is having spine issues himself. You will mostly see his nursing staff because of the high demand for his time but he keeps up with what is going on and thoroughly explains everything to his patients.

After Dr. Reynolds recommended and performed a laminectomy on my 82-year-old frail uncle, he was left crippled from nerve damage. Dr. Reynolds NEVER came in to see him after the surgery; he sent his nurse instead. He did not see Dr. Reynolds until 3 months later at a scheduled appointment. Beware!

staff rude, nurses very distant and lacking any concern. getting a return phone call was impossible. was in better condition prior to surgery and nurses would do better job being prision gaurds than pretend to be nurses!

Dr. Reynolds is extremely competent and knowledgeable. He is very busy and thus difficult to see, however that is the price you pay for having the best. Office staff has been extremely helpful and caring.

Excellant doctor, office terrible to get in to even after you have been a patient of his. I would not go to any other neurosurgeon, which is why his patients are treated the way they are by the clinic.

Physician got me out of a tremendous amount of pain. I had c-spine surgery and was able to go back to work full-time. Anytime I needed anything he was more than willing to help. He is the best in my book!
