Dr. Andrew is amazing but his staff is horrable. Referals are lost, phone calls not returned and overall poor professional attitude throughout St.Alph. I wouldn't recommend this office with the current staff.

I felt that the staff was not always honest with me when I had dealings with them. I got the runaround several times, and I believe that my surgery was delayed because of avoidable office mishaps. In one particular case I went to the pharmacy to pick up pain medicine, and was told by the pharmacist that the medication had been ordered by phone, but that they could not take orders that way anymore for that kind of medicine. I stood there while the pharmacist called his office and spoke to the staff and explained the issue. I then left with the understanding that I would have to come back when the order was submitted properly. A half hour later I got a call from his nurse stating that "She'd forgotten to call in the prescription, but had just done so, and that I should be able to go pick it up." She may have been just trying to save herself some time in explaining, but I consider it a bold faced lie to cover her mistake personally. If I had more chars I would go into more detail.
