Dr Meiers is fantastic, however, getting through to His office is very hard. Each time I’ve called I’ve waited on hold forever. As I am writing this review, I have been waiting on hold for almost 1 hour. I ask trying to speak with his nurse about a worsening catheter infection, but can’t get through. No one answers. Just an endless message apologizing for the extended wait time. He’s a great doctor so I don’t doubt the office is busy, but an hour on hold?? I’ve never experienced this with any other healthcare provider. I’m sure he’s not aware this is happening so I will absolutely be letting him know.

Dr. Meiers is my Urologist and I am so blessed to have him looking after me. He is knowledgeable plus he literally makes you feel you are going through the prostate cancer treatment with you. I cannot imagine a better person to take care of my issue. His staff is right there with him. If it matters to you that your doctor is not only capable from a training and experience but has a manner that continuously instills a feeling in you that he is with you, you are important and he is doing everything possible to cure you, then go see him either in Shelbyville, Ky or Dupont Circle in Louisville.
