My appointment today was great, set for 9:30AM I showed up around 30min early and still only waited no more then 10 min. Dr. Bacak & Staff are always nice, friendly & professional........

Dr. Bacak has been taking care of my family including me..lol for 6 years. Being 56 now at the time I was 50 and had never had a primary care physician. After a hospital stay from an emergency ......... it was pretty clear to me that I needed a doctor to be my PCF, since he was caring for my wife and kids .........he excepted me as a new patient, and I have to say over the last five or six years I have been through a lot, seems like I keep falling apart . Thank you very much Dr. Bacak I am in much better health today than I was before being treated by you .

FANTASTIC DR!! Christ centered, certainly not money motivated. Lowest Cash pay DR in town. i'm pretty sure that if you have a co-pay, every Dr office in town requires payment at the time of service.

I love Dr. Bacak. He is not at all money motivated- I think the complaints stem from the fact that he will see cash pay & provide a sliding scale for services. Because he opens his door & heart to folks that other offices refuse to see, he can get a patient population that at times will take advantage & he must take a hard line with payments. He is not in a large hospital run group- he has no additional revenue other than patient payments. So the $ aside. He is not only fantastic with kids, he is cutting edge & up to date on current medical practices. He is smart & has an intuitive knowledge about what may be the health issue. & how to treat. I highly recommend him.

Definitely cares more about money than patients. I always pay my bills and do not have any income problems but received what I thought was a very rude collection letter because of a simple oversight. Had bEen a patient for several years but would not go back and would never recommend him.

Dr Bacak saw my son since he was born back in 2005. Well my husband started seeing him. Then he switch insurance in 2010 and he had to wait and we didn't know. So he got a a $300.00 bill. I made small payments because money was tight and he fired us as patients. I agreed he tries to make himself out to be a helpful person by raising money for other countries but he won't work with his own patients. I called his office to try to work something out but his staff was rude about the whole thing. And he wouldn't even work out anything with us. What kind of doctor is that? So we found another doctor and she is wonderful.

Great kid doctor. However, we had been going there for 8 years and always paid on time. We had some hard times fall on our family and owed him $150 and were only able to make small payments. Within a period of 4 months he fired us as patients. I find the front staff to be rude and firmly feel the doctor (while fantastic with children) cares more about money then he does his patients.

If you happen to NOT have even 12.00 for the copay then you might as well go to the emergency room or die waiting till you do have money because you can't see the doctor if you don't have the copay even though you have insurance.
