Myself and my wife saw Dr. Boyd last week for the first time for our annual check-up. He was all we could have hoped for. He was concerned, listened, and made some good suggestions. We feel we have found someone we can trust to help us with any health issues that arise in the future . Thanks Doc !!

He diagnosed a cancerous tumor on my thyroid gland and referred me to excellent specialists. He deserves big credit for my beating cancer. He also correctly identified that I had a kidney stone and prescribed the right treatment for it.

Dr Boyd's staff has been with him for years, I think that says a lot. Unlike most doctors offices these days you call and speak to a real person and not a machine that transfers you all over the place. They are quick to call back if you aren't immediately able to speak to a nurse. Dr Boyd is direct and to the point and he is a good ole boy in my eyes. I highly recommend him.

My husband and I have been satisfied patients of Dr. Boyd since 1974. Visits have to be brief, but I try to have a question list ready, and he answers them all. We moved 200 miles away to take care of my parents, for over 4 years now, and still travel back to Pflugerville to see Dr. Boyd.

He has been my family's primary care doc for over 10 years. I refused to go to him when I got on my own insurance. My parents are old and set in their ways, but have finally gotten to the point at which they know they need a change. Dr. Boyd might have been a decent Dr years ago, but he is burned out and complacent now. His lack of diagnosis for my father's condition has been tough on all of us. "Old age" may be true, but had Dr Boyd taken the time to listen to us and to my father, my father's quality of life may have been vastly improved over the last few years. I mean no disrespect for the man, but I would not recommend him.

Dr. is very casual about diagnosis. He spends a max of 2-5 minutes in the exam room. Is not serious about answering questions that you may have. Too casual in his approach to his JOB aata hired physician. Does not follow up with ed patients with new treatment plans. I rated this way because I was prscribed a medication was checked in two weeks but was not told to return in three months for follw up and consequently this medication has caused me irreversible organ damage. I am african american and feel that this physician is very callus in the way that he has communicated my health information to me.
