Dr. Bala and his staff are willing to spend time with you and listen to you before deciding what is the best treatment.

Dr. Bala and his staff are great. His office is very popular due to everything he offer in his office to include an onsite pharmacy and lab. SO, of course the wait time is a little on the long side but he takes his time with you and you do not feel rushed. He even saw my son for an allergic reaction and treated him even though he isn't his patient normally. He cares about his patients.

This office is overbooked. I spent more than an hour in waiting room each visit. Hasty treatment methods--the doctor emailed a couple sentence fragments rather than discussed detailed care plan. The staff unknowledgable about medical procedures and programs and doesn't follow-up about conditions and insurance questions. One of their PAs promised to file paperwork with a third party to get me a rebate on a procedure but never did, which cost me out-of-pocket.
