Worst experience ... nurses threw away urine sample that was supposed to have been sent for a culture. Refused to see me even though I had an emergency situation( I was dehydrated from peeing every 15 minutes after taking Finasteride, which he prescribed) . Also didn't stop by the hospital to see my wife after he admitted her with a kidney infection in March 2020. She had a 103 fever and chills

Had a needle biopsy on prostate. Very professional and didn't take long, but very painful. Could be this is normal, but I was uncomfortable for a few days.

Seeing Dr. Friedman for years because of neurogenic bladder. He removed some kidney stones as well without incident. Dr. Friedman is one of the best.

Always wait one and half hours after appointment time to see Dr. Understand in occasion but always late. No respect for my time. Great Dr overall really like him but I refuse to spend my time waiting.

Saw Dr. Friedman yesterday, getting a little older and having a few issues ( Prostitus). Took time to hear my problems ,then explained what I had, how to treat it and how to prevent it from reoccurring. He was very personable and professional. He left me believing that he truly wanted to be there and was happy to help. I highly recommend him. ( Even after the exam)lol
