Bumbling idiots. I was in a room for 4.5 hrs.....they tried calling me to discuss something...and all the time I was THERE, in a room, waiting to be seen for a neck issue the doc said was possibly my heart. Then an assistant called me to discuss a test....I was sitting in the room!!! How organized is that!! LOL....BTW...changed doctors after going to office and sitting for hours, no testing done, doc is out in hall screaming for an assistant to come, no one to be found, on top of this tel call when I was already in a room. And the other new doctor found it was NOT MY HEART AT ALL.....but something indeed in my neck artery as I told them it was, and now on meds, feel better. AVOID THIS OFFICE....they tell you to show up, the office is suddenly unexpectedly closed, no call backs, etc.....and I would, have been misdiagnosed. They also do lyme tests if you have fatigue! What a gimmick......so poorly run. And yet, still allowed to be practicing.

I am very pleased with my visit to Family Urgent Care, Henderson Drive, Jacksonville, NC on November 19, 2014. Dr. Johnson provided excellent care; the members of his staff I encountered were professional and pleasant.

Avoid. Bad attitudes, bad medicine. Has been in trouble with med board before.

This Doctor is known to give out plenty of happy pills to get people addicted and coming back to him. I feel anyone that has chronic pain should be seeing a a specailist in a pain clinic. The more happy pills given out the more you go back. It's sad some doctors take advantage of this and get people addicted.
