Personable, and seems to be caring, wanting you to understand your condition. Willing to explain until you understand exactly what is going on and how it needs to be treated. I was much less worried when I left his office. Willing to expedite testing/results returned as I am a snowbird heading home soon. I really liked him, and felt comfortable.
