Dr. Palmer is amazing. he is professional and more importantly treats you like a person not a just another patient. he goes above and beyond making one feel better.
His staff is now on point and helpful.

Went to see Dr Palmer on a recommendation from our family GP. I had no problems with Dr. Palmer himself and there was little to no wait time to see him. His staff on the other hand is another story. I have never seen such an unorganized, unprofessional office staff in my life. Getting his staff to do anything was a nightmare. I had to call at least 8 times to follow up on a referral and every time I called it was like I had never called before because literally nothing had been done. They do not return phone calls or seem to give a sh--t about their job. I will not be going back.
