Dr. Bauer gaslighted my injuries. I went to be examined and evaluated for impairment rating from an injury at work Nosedive.. I had a Nosedive fall. I injured several parts of my body from the fall. My spine, both knees, left hip, right foot sprain strain, chest and left elbow. Dr Bauer took two of his big fingers and slowly rubbed up from my knees to my panties pushing me back to the wall injuring my back and hip more he did not unwrap my right foot sprained strain to see what was covered he just gave me a zero and told me that I'd be okay prinking my shoulders he also took both of his fingers up towards my shoulders and slowly rub down to my wrist in front of his laughing assistant that was standing against the door. He had to ask his assistant what was funny. Instead of me feeling like I had just seen a doctor to evaluate and examine me, I felt like I had been molested and raped. He didn't unwrap my right foot just to know and see the right foot damage from the Nosedive fall at work. This doctor is full of mess and he acts like he doesn't know what he's doing. He gave me %0 impairment rating and then started adding injuries my right foot, he didn't examine, my left hip, both knees, and elbow. I went back to complain about Dr Bauer to the insurance company and they allowed me to be re-examined and reevaluated from another doctor I had to go back to the network and I found one at UT physicians and that doctor referred me to some of her staff who was under her after the examination they found out that I needed 60 seconds of physical therapy I had Rediculopathy and it is from the fall at work all of this was documented the person that gave me the examination over again wrote everything I am texting today on a card with a phone number and name I was shocked I wasted all that time. I'm not working today I'm on a medical leave of absence because of this fall and Dr Bauer did not give me the proper impairment rating and evaluation. I wouldn't refer this kind of doctor to my bestie. With this kind of doctor, get second opinions. And if you're working through a Network start from the bottom of the Network web. Because the first few hundreds of names are Concentra. The insurance company is the Texas Mutual.

This guy is a joke, I have an arm injury which is work related, so the company handling injuries sent me to him to see it it is related, He told me to take my close of so he could do a pelvic exam!!!!!!! And he did NOT like the answer "NO" I promise you he will find in the insurance companies interest. Is office is in an old run down shopping center with his name written on a piece of paper stuck to the front door. Even though he has signs stating NO RECORDING......I DID record the whole event. Just find a REAL Doctor for any of your needs!!

I was forced to see him after a work injury like most folks commenting. This guys is a joke. Canned, scripted verbiage. Copy/paste into his report. Doesn’t listen to anything you have to say and then tries to pass off a 5 minus physical exam as something creditable. I can’t imagine how many lives this guys has ruined due to his lack of ethics and lies.

I was forced to go to Dr Bauer for an IME for worker's comp. He seems personable, and he listened to my careful explanation of how specific work activities had led to injuries. He then wrote a report saying that *none* of my injuries were work-related, they were all caused by ageing (I'm only in my 50s!) despite the fact that my employer had failed to provide ergonomic equipment. He is paid by the insurer, and he will ignore evidence that your injuries are work-related. Do not trust him.

Wasn’t helpful at all, I’m really not for sure why a company would recommend him as a specialist in.

Sent by workman's comp to Dr Baur. He has me do different activities and he sees that I cannot do them and reports that I am fine. This Dr makes money telling lies and hurting people further like myself with stress, depression and anxiety. GOD please help your people and stop this man from telling lies and hurting others with them.

If I could give him negative stars I would. I was referred to this quack by my workers comp. I knew reading his previous reviews it would not be a good visit. The first thing he said to me he was not there for me but for the company I work for. But that being said he would treat me as if I found him in the phone book. He did not listen to anything I had to say, only telling he knew everything about my injury. He only spent about 10 minutes with me and in the end of the appointment he walked out. I asked what he recommendation was for my care and he said he could not tell me that it would be in a report to my workers comp company.
I fell an injured my back and shoulders on the job and he has the nerve to tell them it was a pre-existing condition. I was not having any pain prior to my fall. But he said because I had chiropractic care in the past for my shoulder that it was pre-existing. Yes, I had neck surgery a year ago, and have been completely fine until the fall. My injury was not pre-exisisting.
Whatever you do... DO NOT see this doctor.

he sure don't look like the picture on his web site! This guy is a total hack for multiple state L&I's. Failing/failed practice, must ride to the bank on your busted back...you will not get a honest exam from this clown...he's even has had his credentials pulled by the State of Washington at least once for lying and being biased. Keep as far away from this supposed "doctor" as possible

Liar, thief, not a good human being. Typical insurance doctor who lies on his reports for the insurance companies. You do not want him doing any work on you let alone an exam.
