Dr. Halpern (Albert Einstein College of Medicine) examined my atopic dermatitis 40 years ago and made simple, straightforward recommendations that worked then and endure. Avoid allergens ("if it makes you itch the next day, don't eat it again"). moisturize after bathing (Moisturel, now reformulated as "Moisture-all") and get enough sleep. Amen.

Dr. Halpern is a skin cancer expert and is very thorough with his exams. He's probably not the right person to go with cosmetic derm issues, but is top of the line for skin cancer concerns including annual check ups.
