Dr. Stubbs is one of the best arthroscopic hip surgeons in the country for femoroacetabular impingement. I was a complicated case due to a genetic connective tissue disorder and rheumatoid arthritis, but his skill is unmatched in this area. Prior to surgery I was unable to sit for more than 15 minutes at a time due to osteoarthritis...he saved me from a total hip replacement at a young age. He also caught that I have the much more rare ischiofemoral impingement and addressed it during surgery, and now that associated pain is completely gone as well. It is something that you will rarely find even addressed in medical literature. I am so thankful he was my surgeon because I seriously doubt any other in this region would have even diagnosed it, let alone treated it.
