Dr Fosnot was my doctor for over 10 years she’s an awesome doctor and she’s very knowledgeable. The other day I called the office to make my yearly visit but they told me she doesn’t work in the office anymore. I am very sad to not have her. I wish her the best where ever she goes.

Absolutely horrible. Save your money and go to a doctor who knows what they are doing and not about just taking your money!!!

Was referred by my girlfriend since I'm new to the area. Seemed nice; did take time to let me discuss my last two years of nightmare with my last gynecologist. She did confirm my last reconstruction surgery was not holding well and confirmed stage 1 rectocele was present. Office over all was busy that could good or bad did alarm me to be diligent in obtaining visit records to verify accuracy. Not bad on records one or two things backward but was very upset to find out that apparently they use an automated company to keep records and that company apparently let's anybody in the system access to every physician you use. Not sure this is legal still checking with HIPPA violation. Because my lousy old office I fired last year sent me my week old visit of my new doctor when I requested my entire file from the old doctor. When I called they said that many offices use this e record company and it has all your records that are housed there. My new office didn't seem to understand my concerns

First and foremost, the staff is extremely unknowledgable and not very friendly. The one office assistant with short brown hair was curt, borderline sassy. This is an OB-GYN practice, so naturally there are always a lot of patients in the office and knowing that, I feel that the staff should be more focused on taking their time in assisting you with needed paperwork and answering questions vs. shoving papers at your face and acting defensively if you want to ask questions (hello, these are official medical documents, i read the fine lines before signing a Warranty Offer for a kitchen appliance i just bought, of course I want to know what I am signing in regards to my healthcare!) because this is their idea of being "efficient". Excellent customer service is a two way street, with both efficiency AND effectiveness. Now, let's move on to the wait time- I stopped trying to figure out how they call in patients after my first visit. There seems to be very little structure... (cont.)
