She's very nice and wants to be helpful, but I felt like she was just quoting the books and not really listening to my specific problems one by one. She actually told me that I didn't have a stroke when I was 11 years old when I told her that part off my medical history. I found that very irritating. And I honestly found it to be offensive as well because when I reiterated to her it was so, she basically argued with me until I just blankly stared at her in disbelief.
