We never even made it back to see Dr. Frye. After an honest mistake about insurance, we left. But the front desk receptionist was the RUDEST woman I've ever seen. Not only were we immediately disgusted, offended, and turned off by her.. numerous people we know were too. Piece of advice Dr. Frye... update your hateful staff!

Dr. Frye's staff was extremely helpful, very kind people. He has a very good bed side manerism, very patient docter, answered all my questions and I felt comfortable on my first visit.

Had to go back three times because he gave me the wrong prescription. Tried to charge me much more money than what they should have. Took an hour of arguing with them and calling the insurance company right from their office to get the charges what they should have been all along.
