Blue Cross / Blue Shield
Finally got to Dr. Fishman, after seeing several other gastros, including several in the same practice. Fishman was intelligent, actually looked through the entire file and then actually listened to patient reporting of symptoms and history. Unlike others, he did not recommend repeating expensive, invasive tests. His nurse (Portia) was fabulous.
