I have been seeing thus doctor for 10 years and always been impressed at the patient load and how it is handled by just two people their. For the amount of patients he has and how he gives individual care and doesn't rush you out with a bogus diagnosis just so you have to repeatedly come back is amazing. When I have any problem I am respected by all at the office. I think if anyone has a problem there it is because they are a problem patient or a problem period. There isn't a better primary care office in Fredericksburg. But did remember it is a busy office so you have to schedule ahead of time, it not always possible to get in at the last minute, that should tell you its a good office.

Dr. Adams is a nice Dr. The wait time is horrible! I must say the biggest thing (if I could have given it a 0, I would have) the secretary Patty or Patsy she is absolutely the most rude person ever!!! She hung the phone up on me twice, when I wanted to leave a message for the doctor! I will be calling the BBB, the medical board, and my insurance company. This rude lady is turning patients away from Dr. Adams. I don't think he has a clue. She needs to loose her job. If your not happy with your job then leave. Patsy you need to get on meds or something. Your a miserable person. Just because your miserable, don't take it out on his patients! There are other reviews on the Dr. Office, and it's about how rude and nasty she is to patients. This is the rudest receptionist I've ever come across. I honestly don't think Dr. Adams has a clue! You might need to look for another job soon. Your a miserable person and it shows! What is so hard about your job? You have one, and you sit on your tail all day! Your a bully. People who see Dr. Adams, if this person treats you horrible. Please stand up!! Call the medical board, the BBB, and your insurance company! Something has to be done! You just don't treat people like this!

I started seeing Dr. Adams in 2013 when a friend recommended him to me after not being able to shake off what I thought was bronchitis. He suggested I had adult onset asthma but sent me to a pulmonary specialist and my problem was solved. With in a week my breathing was better and I was back at work. I have not been disappointed!!! He takes his time and truly listens and then makes you feel comfortable with his answers. I have since dropped my family doctor at Ft. Belvoir and now see Dr. Adams on a regular basis.

Dr. Adams is EXCELLENT. He truly cares about his patients. Takes the time to listen to problems and I've never felt rushed.

Excellent doctor. There are times when you may have to wait a little while to see him, but once it's your turn, you will not be rushed. He takes the time to listen to your symptoms/problems. He's not one of those doctors who will give me a medicine to try and say come back to see me. He refers me to the specialists that is needed for the situation.
