Dr was quick to take my money, but refused to even look at my medical records to certify me for Med marijuana. Was approved by another physician who took the time to look at my records and verify my condition.

I’ve been suffering from osteoarthritis and severe back pain for years. I am desperately trying to avoid using opiates to relieve the pain so was hoping the medical marijuana would work. Paid her $150 that is required for medical marijuana approval. She denied me in spite of MRIs and Xrays, past physical therapy, pain management injections, multiple arthritis meds. AFTER the visit, I was told chronic pain is not covered unless it’s AFTER opiate use. Ok, so I’m in hideous pain, just got swindled out of $150 and now need to take opiates for pain control. Something is very wrong with this picture.

The worst staff I have ever seen. And constant new providers since Jennifer left and no one cares what goes on. Major things missed over the last 2 years. Recently left and couldn’t be happier

Dr. Molly is a great physician, very personable and on top of things. I make sure my appointments are always with her, unless I have something acute and have to be seen immediately. I'm not a fan of the nurse practitioners per se. Nothing personal, just prefer the doctor. Reception staff not so much. I find the current receptionist condescending and unsympathetic. I am a long-time patient that is not a frequent-flyer. When I call it is necessary and I expect to be treated as such. The nurses are usually great, but there seems to be a high turn-over rate with them. For me, the usually long wait to see Dr. Molly is acceptable because her time with me isn't rushed. That's a fair trade-off for me. If a person doesn't like to wait to see an actual physician, this would not be your choice of practice. Go to an urgent care instead. If you want a physician who cares and won't punt you around to a bunch of specialists, Dr. Molly is your type! I really like her.

I have Lupus and she is always on top of things with me. One of my favorite doctors ever. Sometimes the person checking me in is very dry and acts like she’s rather not be there, but Dr. Trostle is always upbeat and makes me feel like she really cares about me. I go west for the winter and she always makes sure to send me with prescriptions in case I have an episode. Love this doctor!!!

Never had a problem with Dr Trostle or nursing staff, the current PAs or nurse practitioners are another matter, lack medical ethics and care for long time patients

I have been in a few doctors offices in my day, but this is by far the best Doctor that I have ever had.
The office staff is always helpful and courteous.

The previous person must not go there to often, major things are missed and the medical assistants (they aren't really nurses) do whatever they want and the new practitioners miss so much stuff. From the second you walk in and deal with the secretary until you walk out it is poorly ran, never was like that before. I am lucky enough to have found a new family doctor, that place is dangerous if you have chronic medical problems, it's ok if all you need is a antibiotic they can't handle too much more.
