Dr. Kosyagin is generally personable and reasonably attentive. He does tend to interrupt and make asserted conclusions before listening to the whole story, and he twice mis-guessed conditions before referring to specialists. Nonetheless, he is fairly gracious about referrals, and overall you could do worse for a PCP.
