Dr. Garrow gouges insurance companies. Why test all toenails for fungus when she won't put you on antifungal anyway because you have been on it too much. Thousands billed to the insurance company. Also, I caught a cold and called their office to let them know. Asked them if they wanted me to come in with this covid going around and that they could reschedule me. They said they would check with the doctor. They came back and said are you running a fever. I said no. Come in they said but wear a mask. I went in and then she reamed me out and said she had high risk patients. I said they told me to come in after asking you. As I left they said she doesn't want you to co me back until you have a negative test result. I did the test and got a Not Detected. I called their office to tell them and set up another appointment. Then I was informed the doctor wanted me to find another doctor. I do not recommend her. She may know what she is doing but very off balance!

Terribe billing practices. Her staff not know difference between co-insurance an co-pay. Cut my toe nails and charged for surgery. Hopefully some one will be looking into these bad practices. It a mill. Avoid at all ciost.

On multiple visits I witnessed this doctor verbally assult her MA!! Then continue to have what seemed like a 2 yr old temper tantrum. All of us patients in waiting room could hear every curse word she yelled! So unprofessional!! Dr Garrow's attitude and bedside manner gets worse wih each visit. I will not be returning as a patient!

Terrible billing practices. I was charged hundreds of dollars months after I stopped going that I had no idea I was going to owe. I would have discontinued treatments immediately had I known about these charges. Now I'm on the hook for money that I don't have, and am sick about it. I've called the billing office, no answer each time, left a message, no response. Not that I can afford to pay anyway. Would definitely not recommend.
