I am compelled to help advise others, in need of a caring & "good" doctor, to look somewhere else. I wish I had paid attention to *all* the reviews, because my experience was a nightmare with Dr. Chabot, & it seems like I am not the only one. This one man changed my life forever, & it was not for the better. In a nutshell, he hurt me much more than he helped me, & he had no problem ignoring my continued symptoms, walking away & cutting me loose, with nowhere else to go. Since then, finding an exceptional surgeon to help me, I have had multiple spinal surgeries to undo & fix everything Chabot did, & better address other areas that he obviously didn't see &/or clearly didn't care about. If this helps one person, the time it took to write this was worth it.

Dr. Chabot is the best! If you have back or leg pain, call his office and get an appointment. He will listen to you and decide on a plan to get you out of pain. He is kind, considerate, and gentle. He has helped me so many times over the course of 15 years. I wouldn't go to any other doctor but Dr. Chabot.

Before I was referred to Dr. Michael Chabot I couldn’t walk more than ten to fifteen feet without feeling extreme pain in my lower back. After reviewing my X-rays and MRI Dr. Chabot advised I had spinal stenosis and five degenerative disks in my lower back. Dr. Chabot operated on my back and fixed it. I no longer feel any pain walking and three month postoperative I’m getting my life back to normal. I can highly recommend Dr. Chabot to anyone suffering from back issues. In my opinion Dr. Chabot is a miracle worker!

Dr. Chabot and his staff are wonderful. The entire process was professional, well organized, thorough, zero surprises. The outpatient surgery - perfect. Recovery required physical therapy which helped tremendously; the follow-up meetings with Dr. Chabot are timely and informative. He is to-the-point, knowledgeable and kind.

Dr. Chabot replaced 2 disks in my spine and performed spinal fusion. He changed my life as I had terrible sciatica from the back issues. He is an excellent surgeon with a mind easing bedside manner. A++ I totally recommend him!

I had a severe problem with numbness and loss of use of my lower legs and feet getting worse for several years. Dr. Chabot diagnosed spondylolisthesis and performed fusion of L4-L5-S1 along with correction of stenosis from L3 - S1. My recovery was rapid. I was walking without assistive devices within 1 month. I am now just 3 months post surgery and am walking more than 4 miles per day, up and down hills. Numbness in my feet and legs is completely eradicated. I very highly recommend Dr. Chabot for his surgical skills and his knowledge. His staff and associates were excellent as well.
