This Dr was horrible. He never once seen me b4 or after surgery. He and his staff will not be 100% up front even if they made a mistake. Worst Dr ever!!!!!!!

Extremely knowledgeable, ethical and meticulous with his care. Very good at explaining and wants what's best for his patients. I have recommended several family and friends, all have been more than impressed with their care.

My husband was in a pretty intense motorcycle wreck and was taken to springdale to dr. heim. he was awesome! Has been awesome every step of the way...thru all 4 surgeries and aftercare. without dr heim and his staff, theres no telling what results we qould have...
