Since Dr. Burchell went under the umbrella of Saratoga Family Physicians, his level of care has gone done the toilet. Detached, mechanical, and the 1:1 attention used to be great- now I'm treated like one of herd of sick cattle that come through the door.

Worst doctor I have ever met. Dr. Burchell is a sneering, sarcastic and unhelpful individual. I would not recommend him for anyone to see for medical care. He was taking over for my former primary care physician and I was appalled by his unprofessional and uncaring behavior.

Very friendly, easy to communicate with, seems knowledeable. Appointments are on time, staff is friendly, ample parking in new facility.

I've never been disappointed with my visits to him. He is thorough, cordial, and listens and communicates well. Appointments are made without long wait, and he doesn't overbook and keep you waiting. His staff is cooperative, friendly and professional
