Good not great practice. Frankly, Smile by Design has falling into the same trap many dentists have, its all about the money. A "free" cleaning, per the agreement of many dental insurance programs, will likely result in a recommendation for a variety of services/procedures you may or may not really need. It is tough to take a recommendation seriously for a "needed" orthodontic procedure from a guy wearing a gold pinky ring with a 1+ carat diamond.....Not bad at what they do, just like all other dentists I've been to in the last few years, you can't help but get the feeling that it is all about the money and care of the patient is a very distant second.

This dentist will talk you into having procedures that in reality you do not need. He is more interested in his pocketbook than your teeth. He actually harmed me, and eventually I lost teeth due to his "cosmetic" improvements!
