I called his office on 12/21/16 and never got to even make an appointment to see him because (Colleen) the woman that answers his phone (212) 289-1731, was incompetent and rude. He may be world's best physician but he should be aware that Colleen just cost him my business

Saw Dr. Bernard for a few issues. Extremely nice, personable and really knowledgeable about all the issues. Bedside manner really great, care and compassion even better. Answers your questions and takes all the time you need

I recommend Dr. Bernad quite highly, as he is the absolute best doctor that I have ever had. My being a very busy professional I have little time, and the staff took me into see the doctor, immediately, I was very impressed by his professionalism and his staff. I was experiencing headaches, pain and memory loss. I had seen many doctors in the past without any results. Dr. Bernad, certainly, is the very best neurologist that I have ever had and I recommend him highly. He diagnosis and treated my problem, immediately. Dr. Bernad is excellent is evaluating the nervous system, neurotoxicology, poisoning, trama, poisoning and trama. My father had a neuromuscular disease and later had a stroke and we are now seeing Dr. Bernad.
